What is the setup cost?
The one-off KES 1,500 setup invoice becomes due immediately after WiFi setup is complete.
What is the monthly fee?
Every business pays a fixed monthly subscription: Starter is KES 1,500/month up to 3,000 month-end customers and Silver is KES 3,500/month above 3,000. If Pawa collects customer payments through the platform gateway, add 5% of net WiFi sales on top of that subscription. If you use your own PayBill/Till, there is no 5% collection fee.
How does the 5% commission work?
The 5% applies only when customer STK payments are collected through the Pawa platform gateway, and it stacks on top of the monthly subscription. Example: KES 10,000 net WiFi sales means a KES 500 collection fee, plus the Starter or Silver monthly subscription.
What is the full cost including router, cabling, installation, and internet?
Pawa software/setup pricing does not include router hardware, access points, cabling, site installation labour, power backup, poles, fiber, Starlink, or ISP monthly internet. Those are quoted separately based on router model, site size, distance, and internet provider.
Can I get demo access?
