What is the monthly fee?
Every business pays a fixed monthly subscription: Starter is KES 1,500/month up to 3,000 month-end customers and Silver is KES 3,500/month above 3,000. Customer payments go directly to your own PayBill, so Pawa does not add a collection fee.
Does Pawa pricing include network installation?
No. Pawa never does installations. Pawa pricing covers billing software only: a one-off software onboarding fee and a monthly subscription. Your existing network, routers, cabling, and internet remain your responsibility.
